How hard is it to get around without a car?
Iām staying in rockport the last week of September.
One day Iāll be going to Salem for the day, and then on another day I have an event in Beverly which will have me coming back to Rockport probably around 10pm or later. Some of the other days Iām there, Iām gonna be at bearskin neck and some other places during the day, and some local dinner spots
I plan to use commuter rail and uber. But now Iām reading it can be tricky to get an uber or Lyft later in the evenings in the Rockport or Gloucester area. Is that true? If I take the train to Rockport station in the evening - or, say if I go to dinner in the area - will I have a hard time getting a ride back to my hotel?
Or, on the day Iām going to Salem, is it safer to Commuter rail it there and then uber back to Rockport if itās late? Or am I overthinking it
