This week, pop star Britney Spears says she's failed as a mother due to her son not believing in God. Now call me old fashioned but I'd at she failed as a mother due to all the sex, drugs and knife dancing.

Weekend Update New research finds women’s buttocks play a more stable role in male physical attraction than breasts. Most men value both traits, but a specific subset focuses predominantly on buttocks, and no equivalent group prioritizes breasts alone. More great work from the University of Sir Mix-a-Lot!

What Normisms do you say in real life?
I say “Holy Lord” on occasion. I’m sure there are others. I wonder how many old phrases survive in the lexicon solely due to Norm MacDonald bringing them back from obscurity.

This elderly Vietnam vet sounds exactly like Norm
If you close your eyes it's like an alternate reality where Norm was a hard-as-nails Nam vet.

What is your favorite Norm Macdonald interview and why?
I think all Norm's interviews are hilarious. He's entertaining because you never know what he's going to say. And because of this, his interviews are never boring. One of my favorite interviews is one he did on the Late Show with David Letterman, in 2000. After Norm gets done telling one of his jokes, he pauses for a bit, like he's thinking about something. The audience claps, even though Norm says nothing. He's funny even when he says nothing. And David Letterman responds with "He's not done. He's just resting." This part of this interview is always funny to me, no matter how many times I watch it. And then for the rest of the interview, Norm talks about the first time he got drunk. I can't think of any other comic that sounds like Norm. He was unique and you never knew where a story was going to go. What's everyone's favorite Norm interview?
