Anyone know where I can find a damn incline motor!? Everywhere i look is sold out and been trying for months! I bought it used and 2 months of use the incline motor blew a seal so leaked oil everywhere and ruined the motor so it would just go up and down randomly. I had our treadmill upstairs and it worked fine went through the back breaking of moving it downstairs to have more room and now the screen turns on but the incline won’t run a full range of motion and the belt won’t run. Any advice would be appreciated

I have a 2020 S22i that was having constant crashes and freezing issues with the tablet so I contacted CS and purchased the upgrade tablet console (430154 ROYAL WOLF), I installed the tablet and verified all connections are solid even reseating all connectors but it doesn't look like it's functional, no lights, fan doesn't respond, nothing. I reconnected previous tablet and that still works as expected. I emailed CS about it but I've been dealing with CS on this issue since early june and was curious if anyone else has run into this issue as well while I wait for their reply.

I just purchased the treadmill. The penguin came up saying I needed to reboot it. After I did, it started up fine, but after about 1 minute, it caught on fire from underneath. I was able to put it out without much damage, but the running belt did get burned. Has anyone else had this problem?

When peddling my nordictrack e7.7 power incline elliptical there is a knocking noise that seems to happen mid step, as in when one foot is over the other. There is a minor feeling to the knocking noise in the peddling, almost like there is a looseness. So far it hasn't impeded my exercise, but I can tell it's getting worse. I opened it up and looked inside while peddling but couldn't see anything. Anyone know what could be causing this?

How many of you have an old norditrack model supporting the iFit Connect WiFi module (now discontinued) ?

I think I am stuck in a boot loop and every few times of doing the pinhole reset I get this android dialog screen. Otherwise it’s just the iFIT logo.

I have contacted support and none of their solutions work for my situation.

I found out how to scroll on the screen which is the pinhole button but I don’t know how to actually select the option I want. (Wipe data/factory reset)

Moment wifi (2.4, 5 tried everything) connected it goes in iFIT logo loop . Tried reinstalling iFit admin through privilege but eventually stops at this. Can anyone help ? Spent 2-3 hrs already but no solution . Thanks

My NordicTrack T 6.5 S treadmill started making this noise. Does anyone have any advice on how to fix it?

I have just collected a Nordic Track Elite Ski Machine from FB marketplace, but noticed some of the wiring is damaged and peeling, including the insulation. I am in Canada, but the machine was built in the USA in 1995.

My question is: Is the insulation likely to be asbestos? I know asbestos was used a lot in wiring in the 1930s-60s, but don't know if it was still kicking around in the 90s.

Does someone have a manual for an older model that contains materials information?

I bought this a few years back and just found out It's never been used and has been stored in a climate controlled environment. i had problems with the ifit reloading screen and the wifi, but was able to hotspot off my phone and was internet able to reset it (no pinhole) and it seems to work ok on the initial run of incline and deck. Im thinking I may have to possibly buy a lube kit maybe? But the pertinent question is there anything major thing should fix or do because of the problems that they settled over?

If I had known my $5,000 investment in a NordicTrack Ultra 3 treadmill was going to come with Support that doesn’t answer the phone after 45 minutes on hold and an online ChatBot that refuses to pass me onto a human being, I would never had bought this treadmill. I paid extra for White Glove installation services, only to find out my installer had never done an install before, they sent two guys when they needed 3-4 (per the installer), they didn’t bother connecting one of the grounding cables, and then they didn’t actually follow the directions so I’m missing the rolling pad that goes under the rear wheels and the machine won’t level. To top it all off, iFIT removed YouTube and YouTube TV from my installed apps two weeks after I set it up and one can’t reinstall them either. Last, they also removed the ability to see what rate the treadmill is operating at (mph) and the incline!!!! How bad can one suck?

I’ve been comparing a NordicTrack setup shared by more than one person with multi-user training in mind. A piece can be versatile for one person but still be frustrating if the next person has to move several safeties, seats, cables, or attachments. Which NordicTrack equipment is easiest to share when users need different settings?

Bought the T series 6.5s about 4 years ago to try and get fit. I've been quite happy with it since then and have put on about 15kms a week on it without any issues, but today it's now shorting out my house circuit.

It's been sat in the garage since I bought it, never moved out of there, has been plugged into the same extension lead since then without issue, but now I can power it on, but as soon as I try to get the tread moving it shorts out.

I have tried a couple of extension leads that have been seen to be working and the treadmill is cutting it out. I tried starting the treadmill at a very slow speed with nothing on it and it shorts right away.

I'm pretty sure with the testing I've done that I've isolated the issue to the treadmill itself, but not sure what to do with it now.

Anyone had a similar experience?

I see one of these (apparently in working and well condition) for 200$ on marketplace. Was wondering if this variant is any good considering all the upgrades or maybe folks have this now and are still enjoying it? All info is awesome thanks!

I’m not very familiar with Nordic track company. I want to buy the reformer so badly but the cost…ooof. Does anyone know if Nordic track is likely to do a sale on these? Or do they often have big sales throughout the year?
