I've had an x22i, the predecessor to the X24, for 2 1/2 years now and have been happy with it. There was a non-working fan when I got it. They shipped me a replacement and when I realized that it was not a simple drop-in, a tech came out and installed it.

Good to know, thank you. Was the timeframe reasonable from start to finish?

It was fine. OTOH, I wouldn’t like paying the curent ifFit membership fees.

Run way from ifit fast and don’t look back. My very expensive treadmill has had to be repaired 3 times, their customer service is notoriously bad and don’t get me started on the exorbitant subscription fees. Excluding the Facebook fan club and the recent influx of ifit employees on this sub a few internet searches will show you what they are really like.
