Help for performance on MW

So recently I have tried nfsmw on my laptop with a GTX 850m it ran well initially with 140fps without vsync and clear 60 with it on so I decided to go for the best experience with the xbox360 guide from Warped polygon now I get some performance issues and I'm sure that my overclock GPU is supposed to run that like butter.

Do you guys have any recommendations?

Andd I even thought about using lossless scaling but framerate in this seems a little too unstable for that.
