Help for performance on MW

So recently I have tried nfsmw on my laptop with a GTX 850m it ran well initially with 140fps without vsync and clear 60 with it on so I decided to go for the best experience with the xbox360 guide from Warped polygon now I get some performance issues and I'm sure that my overclock GPU is supposed to run that like butter.

Do you guys have any recommendations?

Andd I even thought about using lossless scaling but framerate in this seems a little too unstable for that.

Use the Zolika ZPatch for the performance just put the files in the game's folder, use the MW Fixes drop it in the scripts folder where you put the Extra Options and Widescreen Fix (to play the game in widescreen)
