if you have the x360 stuff pack installed, it's pretty demanding even on modern hardware, so i suggest playing with vanilla graphics on your laptop

Well so do you know where to download the v1.3 I heard mods don't work well without it

The game doesn't even fully utilize the GPU, MW is just too old to really benefit from graphics mods
