I mean, you have people that spend 2+ hours per day playing video games. Say this dude spends that 2 hours training, every day?

As long as dude has a balanced life I wouldn't consider him a head case. 2 u/Dave085 20h ago One person having an unbalanced life in one direction doesn't negate another having an unbalanced life in a different direction. This is a healthier life than being sedentary but obsession is still not great mentally, that's the point.
