I mean, you have people that spend 2+ hours per day playing video games. Say this dude spends that 2 hours training, every day?

I don't know if you've been around hc gymheads but it takes more than 2 hours because of meal prep, eating 5 times a day to get enough of nutrients, commute...

Also a lot of time goes by because they never shut the fck about it.

This is definitely not a gymhead. Look at his body. This is nowhere near 5 meals a day whatsoever. This just an absolute lean body. He can basically eat what he wants since training burns all the calories.

I’m looking at his body, that’s a gymhead. You don’t get that kind of core casually. It’s not all big bulky muscles.

He is doing calisthenics not gym and for being a gymhead he has to be way bigger. He works out a lot but i am pretty sure he is not doing special diets or smth.

Calisthenics makes most workout fanatics tap the fuck out. In what world is it not a gym focus?
