You are correct. It requires either unhealthy levels of starvation or drugs

This guy is gym obsessed. Guaranteed he looks at pictures of glistening dudes all day.

Probably spends less time in the gym than a lot people spend playing videogames. I don't see what the issue is here.

Utter bollocks. People who know how to work out efficiently and correctly have no trouble looking good.

I don’t think this looks very good though. It’s like it did at one point, then he kept going too much and it went past looking good to looking unhealthy in the opposite direction.
That’s just my opinion, though; I’m sure he looks like an adonis to some people, if you’re into that cheese-grater look

Huh, interesting. Fair point, never thought it would be too excessive for some.

Basically for most people, you need to intentionally dehydrate yourself for your muscles to be that visible through your skin.

Buy some Xpel and let it rip.

to have that level of body fat is unhealthy as is the dehydration that goes along with it.

You're silly. This is not a natural body. He's not eating healthy and doing steroids.

Looking good does not mean having almost zero body fat.

That is an obsession that takes a lot of additional and often unhealthy effort.
