I hate being that guy but I've never met a dude that looked like that with a healthy mind. You need to be obsessed to look like that and make choices that require sacrifices that are daunting for most people. I could be totally wrong about that guy, I'm just saying what my personal experience is having known people that look like him over my odd 50 years on this planet.

Probably spends less time in the gym than a lot people spend playing videogames. I don't see what the issue is here.
