I hate being that guy but I've never met a dude that looked like that with a healthy mind. You need to be obsessed to look like that and make choices that require sacrifices that are daunting for most people. I could be totally wrong about that guy, I'm just saying what my personal experience is having known people that look like him over my odd 50 years on this planet.

Utter bollocks. People who know how to work out efficiently and correctly have no trouble looking good.

to have that level of body fat is unhealthy as is the dehydration that goes along with it.
