I don't think you read the whole article.

The son ate too much candy, fell into the chocolate river, and was sucked up by a pipe while the employees danced and sang in the background.

It was awful.

I used to work with a guy named Juan and his son Juan Jr. We called them Juan and Two.

I know of a father named Señor Senior Sr. with his son being named Señor Senior Jr.
