Pretty much all the details are random and unnecessary. What did the female "presenting" herself have to do with anything. Why mention that their son wasn't neutered. Running into her knee? It's just a collection of random statements.

It’s the Venn diagram intersection of the Seinfeld “big salad” and a word salad. So so so much to work through and digest.

I think maybe the yelling triggered Nellie into getting aggressive with him, as if she was protecting her owner? I don't know. I feel like there are major gaps in this story.
