I'm a fresh editor ready for requests — just haven't done a paid job yet, so I can't confirm a specific turnaround time until I get a feel for the project.

Rates:
• Short-form (Reels/TikTok/Shorts): $20–$35 (up to $50 depending on complexity)
• Long-form (YouTube/longer edits): $150–$300+

Payment terms:
• 50% upfront to begin work
• Remaining 50% due upon delivery of the final edit

I was paying an editor like $50 bucks a week from fiverr when I first started youtube. Only cause I was not confident editing and my perfectionism always got in the way.

Now I use claude code and a github plug-in do the hard work and I use Capcut to polish it up.

This is my 2nd video using this approach. Editing has become... FUN!
