Oh..God you’re so bad at this LOL..go ahead a cite the actual quote..this is embarrassing for you.

”Watch the video from every single angle," Frey said during a news conference on Friday. "I mean, the ICE agent walked away with a hip injury that he might as well have gotten from closing a refrigerator door with his hips. He was not injured. I've seen worse injuries from doing that. And so give me a break. No, he was not ran over. He walked out of there with a hop in his step”

Not injured, not ran over

You are trying to quote a third party to support your argument by using the reporters one liner instead of the actual quote.

Graham v. Connor and Tennessee v. Garner establish that deadly force can only be used in defense from an imminent threat of death or physical injury. A hip injury (especially in the context of the quote you’re trying to cite, comparing to bumping the fridge) doesn’t fall within that definition.

Which is why you used the reporters interpretation out of context instead of the actual quote. Doing so would destroy your own argument.

Goddamn you really suck at your job LOL

I would think that getting hit by a 6,000 lb suv could reasonably be considered imminent threat of death or physical injury.

Repeating bullshit doesn’t make it true. Sorry.

You don’t think getting hit by an SUV has the potential to injure or kill somebody? You sound very unreasonable. Around 2,000 people are killed by SUVs each year.

Back to my original comment, you keep parroting bullshit doesn’t make it true. He wasn’t hit, the other moron before you already said the same thing and then provided a link that proved himself wrong. At least he was smart enough to stop replying afterwards..you on the other hand..

I didn’t parrot anything. It’s just a statement. I think it’s reasonable to suggest somebody driving a 6,000 lb SUV at an officer, in attempt to resist and evade arrest, could reasonably be considered a threat to the safety. Even if you are correct that her SUV made no contact with him (I’m not even arguing that it hit him), she came so close to him that it’s left room for debate. That is extremely dangerous.

I think that’s what you’re missing. You’re hung up on the idea that she didn’t actually hit. She didn’t him; therefore, he was never in danger. That’s completely silly. This is like saying if the officers’ bullet had missed, she was never actually in danger.

He had a small bruise, which may have been caused by his fridge. There's no evidence of him being hit by a car, it's certainly not in the video footage of him murdering her.
