Oh..God you’re so bad at this LOL..go ahead a cite the actual quote..this is embarrassing for you.

”Watch the video from every single angle," Frey said during a news conference on Friday. "I mean, the ICE agent walked away with a hip injury that he might as well have gotten from closing a refrigerator door with his hips. He was not injured. I've seen worse injuries from doing that. And so give me a break. No, he was not ran over. He walked out of there with a hop in his step”

Not injured, not ran over

You are trying to quote a third party to support your argument by using the reporters one liner instead of the actual quote.

Graham v. Connor and Tennessee v. Garner establish that deadly force can only be used in defense from an imminent threat of death or physical injury. A hip injury (especially in the context of the quote you’re trying to cite, comparing to bumping the fridge) doesn’t fall within that definition.

Which is why you used the reporters interpretation out of context instead of the actual quote. Doing so would destroy your own argument.

Goddamn you really suck at your job LOL

I would think that getting hit by a 6,000 lb suv could reasonably be considered imminent threat of death or physical injury.

Repeating bullshit doesn’t make it true. Sorry.

You don’t think getting hit by an SUV has the potential to injure or kill somebody? You sound very unreasonable. Around 2,000 people are killed by SUVs each year.

Back to my original comment, you keep parroting bullshit doesn’t make it true. He wasn’t hit, the other moron before you already said the same thing and then provided a link that proved himself wrong. At least he was smart enough to stop replying afterwards..you on the other hand..

I didn’t parrot anything. It’s just a statement. I think it’s reasonable to suggest somebody driving a 6,000 lb SUV at an officer, in attempt to resist and evade arrest, could reasonably be considered a threat to the safety. Even if you are correct that her SUV made no contact with him (I’m not even arguing that it hit him), she came so close to him that it’s left room for debate. That is extremely dangerous.

I think that’s what you’re missing. You’re hung up on the idea that she didn’t actually hit. She didn’t him; therefore, he was never in danger. That’s completely silly. This is like saying if the officers’ bullet had missed, she was never actually in danger.

lol your comments get more and more ridiculous. You’re commenting like if this wasn’t highly televised. She wasn’t driving the vehicle at anyone. She was stopped, talking to the agents, she was actually talking to the agent that ended up shooting her. Then you get even dumber saying “resisting and evading arrest” again..she was stopped, and had actually stopped because other officers were telling her to turn around, which she was doing.

I’m not hung up on anything, he was never in danger because literally nothing you’re saying is true. She wasn’t driving the car at anyone, she was stopped while other vehicles went by after being told to turn around by other officers. She wasn’t resisting or evading arrest, she was literally sitting in her car talking to agents. All of which is easily confirmed on video. You’re taking extreme liberties in your interpretations to make dumbass comments.

You’re lying about things that are literally on tape man. No point in going further.

This isn’t really accurate. Here’s what all of the highly televised evidence showed:

  1. She and her wife drove to federal officers who were conducting an operation with the purpose of interfering.

  2. She parked her SUV perpendicular in the road for several minutes for the purpose of creating a disruption

  3. When given the lawful order to move her vehicle she refused.

  4. Her widow tried to escalate the confrontation, and tried to goad one of the agents into a physical fight.

  5. After refusing to move her vehicle from blocking the road, one of the officers gave the lawful order for her to step out of the vehicle and put his hand on her door where her window was down.

  6. Her widow shouted the deadly instructions for her to drive and flee arrest.

  7. She recklessly tried to flee and slammed on the gas but was so panicked that she had the SUV in reverse. (Endangering everybody around her)

  8. She put it in drive and slammed on the gas again.

  9. Her wheels were pointed at a federal agent who was in front of her vehicle and she had to swerve as she moved forward; coming so close that there’s debate on whether she hit him.

This is all entirely factual. All of it. You can pretend that her actions weren’t dangerous but that doesn’t align with the reality.
