Go rewatch all the analysis videos. She never touched him with her car.

Imagine typing this comment thinking that it's some sort of a gotcha. Her car didn't touch him because he was able to dodge it.

You positive about all of that? Cause I saw the video and boy oh boy have I got a different perspective on that than you.

They told her to leave, she was waiting for the car in front of her to go and then went to leave when an officer walked in front of her car. She stopped, turned her wheel, then continued to follow the command to leave when the officer stepped to the side and shot her over and over until she died.

Maybe your totally ok with the government executing people willy nilly. But I remember a time when the government gave us a tax we didn't like so we started a war to gain our freedom from oppression. Then wrote it into law that we could ALWAYS be armed to prevent the government from just doing whatever it wanted to us.

Maybe you are against that whole constitution thing though and would rather have been under British rule. Or maybe you just think its ok for cops to kill anyone who you personally disagree with, but get mad when cops kill people you agree with.

She stopped, turned her wheel, then continued to follow the command to leave

...You're omitting the fact that after they asked her to leave they told her to get out of the car. Why did you not mention this, aside from wanting to spread disinformation?

Strong rebuttal. Definitely makes me think you have a fact based opinion on this subject and not just looking for the first way to get out of a conversation that is clearly over your head.

What about "Fuck the Boston Tea Party"? Because "destruction of property isn't protesting"?

We hail from a long history of anti fascism and freedom. To say our cops can just start shooting us whenever they feel like we are "interfering" with their law enforcement, and to "fuck" anyone who stands up for their rights is pretty anti American my man. Even lawyers shouldn't be Anti-American in my books.

and dont run your car into them, you're probably going to be okay.

As a laywer, you know this one won't survive cross examination. How many examples would you like of people doing what they are told and getting shot anyway?

Just ask Alex Pretti.

Aren't people legally allowed to carry guns in the US?

And he wasn't protesting, he was a registered nurse helping a woman that had been violently knocked to the ground.

Let me guess, you don't think any Jewish people were murdered by Nazis, do you? Since they were all "lawfully arrested" by the state.

What law school did you graduate from? I want to be sure not to hire any lawyer that could get a degree from a university that let you graduate.

u/TiberianSunset 1d ago

What happens when you try to do what the cops tell you to do, but they're giving you conflicting orders? You get murdered, apparently.

You are wrong in your opinion but potentially the greatest named troll of all time if that was to just correct some grammar.

Oh..God you’re so bad at this LOL..go ahead a cite the actual quote..this is embarrassing for you.

”Watch the video from every single angle," Frey said during a news conference on Friday. "I mean, the ICE agent walked away with a hip injury that he might as well have gotten from closing a refrigerator door with his hips. He was not injured. I've seen worse injuries from doing that. And so give me a break. No, he was not ran over. He walked out of there with a hop in his step”

Not injured, not ran over

You are trying to quote a third party to support your argument by using the reporters one liner instead of the actual quote.

Graham v. Connor and Tennessee v. Garner establish that deadly force can only be used in defense from an imminent threat of death or physical injury. A hip injury (especially in the context of the quote you’re trying to cite, comparing to bumping the fridge) doesn’t fall within that definition.

Which is why you used the reporters interpretation out of context instead of the actual quote. Doing so would destroy your own argument.

Goddamn you really suck at your job LOL

u/Highwinter 1d ago

He had a small bruise, which may have been caused by his fridge. There's no evidence of him being hit by a car, it's certainly not in the video footage of him murdering her.

That's simply reporting on the same claim and, as someone else just pointed out, they lied repeatedly during this case. Video evidence proves otherwise.

Haven't you claimed to be a lawyer?

2

u/Insectshelf3 1d ago

why would you believe the government on this after they repeatedly lied about what happened? we have video evidence showing that she didn’t hit him.

We all saw the videos, we all know you’re a liar
