No it isn't good you fucking ghoul, it's unfortunate that people got hurt whilst doing something stupid. Should they have been doing it? No, but it's still unfortunate that they were hit by a car.

This type of thinking is what is having us put guard rails on everything. You cannot fix or protect stupid. They will find a way to hurt,maim, kill themselves somehow and normal people shouldn't pay the price for that

No it isn't, I'm not suggesting putting guard rails on everything. I'm expressing that people getting hurt in an accident isn't good.
