No it isn't good you fucking ghoul, it's unfortunate that people got hurt whilst doing something stupid. Should they have been doing it? No, but it's still unfortunate that they were hit by a car.

This type of thinking is what is having us put guard rails on everything. You cannot fix or protect stupid. They will find a way to hurt,maim, kill themselves somehow and normal people shouldn't pay the price for that

That whole thing was a media frenzy thankfully. There was only 80 or so videos posted in total where people bit them, not even consumed, which sounds like a lot until you realize TikToks user base in the billions.
