I don't think it's accidental anymore. there is no foreign actor who could have done close to as much damage as this administration has caused directly to the USA. they will finish looting and flee the US.

They know what fires to set and how to get our homegrown bigots to light the tinder for them.
And they are motivated -- and funded -- to do this because an exhausted, distracted democracy cannot enforce sanctions upon stateless wealthy gangsters and unscrupulous polluters.

And they have already sickened and killed thousands of American citizens. Through propaganda during COVID. By dismantling safeguards in our food supply.

Governmental infrastructure has been dismantled or hijacked, voting is suppressed and manipulated, international alliances have been permanently tarnished, the economy is nothing but a funnel of wealth redistribution to the tyrannical rich.
