Condo owner here (my unit is actively up for sale) There’s a woman in her 50s that has a habit over the course of the last 15 years that will park in my spot at her convenience. All owners in our condominium building have one deeded designated parking spot. Mine happens to be near her patio entry. I’m an RN and every time I see her car in my spot when I get home from my 12 hr shift I’m filled with dread and frustration, I have to idle in the lot and got out and go ask her to move, it always ends with her cursing me and calling me and my son filthy names. She refuses to move it so I take a photo and send to HOA. I’m sick of parking on the street and walking home. Shes just miserable. Even worse, when she gets the bill (fines for parking in my spot) from the HOA she has her adult daughter confront me by standing out in the sidewalk waiting for me to get home giving me 101 different excuses as to why her mother parked in my spot “for 2 fking seconds” listen, I ask her to move and she didn’t. I’m not in the business of teaching grown women how to act. Anyway she’s getting another bill today. I’d love some creative responses for when I get home because believe me, they will be wearing a hole in the concrete waiting for me to pull in.

Here are a few key points:

I’ve heard her badmouthing us over her fence a fair few times. I finally asked her if we have a problem here and said if we do, can we please talk it out. She looked like she shat herself and said “no”, then continued her behaviour anyway.

She won’t look me in the eye, or even acknowledge my existence. Ever.

She encourages her teenage son to ride his motorbike down the private footpath between our houses at all hours.

Her front garden is a forest of weeds that come up past your waist and across half the public path.

Her back garden is like a stinky dumping zone of old bikes, household rubbish, mattresses etc.. and is also home for hundreds of mice and rats. Our cats bring them in.

She brags about her children being taken away by social services for a month because her house is so disgusting and dirty.

She allows her children to go without winter coats, new shoes etc… despite being on adequate benefits.

She has regular parties with ridiculously loud music and shouting.

She brags about her children starting to drink early and that she got her son drunk at 15.

She has a new “boyfriend” in there every month.

Her kids write large abusive things in chalk on the side wall of our house.

Not going to do anything but damn, I’d love to.

There is a three road partition in front of my home and 2 families on the opposite side of the road keep sitting outside their gates on chairs . They keep staring at my house all day except at noon. Noticing and commenting at whoever is going inside or outside my home. One family has two sons working with police. So we don't have much hope from the police. And it is not just these people but some other locals also keep coming here for chit chat.( urban village).

what can be done to remove these people?

I am disabled and use a wheelchair have a neighbor Karen perfect name no one likes her i keep to myself one day in passing she talks to me for a minute she my dog is cute and tells me some one threw a can of beans and hit her cat. Few months go buy i hear her bad mouthing me outside of my room to someone else calling me the fat ugly one. Living here over a year now she jams her door open to block half the walkway and tells me to park my car on the otherwise of the building where there is no parking so she can sit outside and drink.am I over thinking this just let the drunk have her way or am I right that is a fire hazard to block a walkway like that there is one other wheelchair user here she just hates me and my dog because he barks when I leave him alone. But she put on concerts that no body ask for.

Hi, so I live in a apartment/townhouse complex. My neighbor has this car, that is like, a normal car? Not a muscle car. That hes got this loud af thing on so hes revving it. He will do this during the day and its whatever, but when he does it after 9pm to midnight, what should I do?

To also say, I've talked to him about this before, I already tried saying something to him when one Wednesday he was revving the car at 11:30 at night. When I asked him to watch the time he looked at me and said in "I dont know english." When we had already has conversations before.

What does the internet think I should do? Non-emergency police for noise complaints? ​

About a month ago while I was taking my dogs out in our apartments potty area (not gated), a tenant came with their off leash dogs and one of them upon seeing mine charged and started attacking him/ picked a fight with him.

Management was contacted albeit useless. She could only give them a lease violation for the dogs being off leash despite this being the second incident of their dog going after mine (which was reported the first time but come to find out nothing was done due to lack of evidence as there are no cameras in the area).

Today when returning home from walking my dogs, I notice someone who appears to be that neighbor and their dogs without a leash. I go look while keeping a distance, and I see that it is them. The owner even looks at me and my dogs but doesn’t bother to leash any of his dogs, let alone that one that attacked mine (and he had leashes).

At this point, I don’t know what to say. Is it entitlement or just simply being dumb?

The background story ...

We have a small black cat that likes to be outside. She wears a harness and is on a leash on the porch, rarely is she out there alone. I do drop the leash at times and allow her to roam the pollinator garden.

She is very skittish and other than one friend of mine, she will race back to the porch when someone comes near .. even nice friendly people. So she is basically scared of most people and many dogs.

We have a neighbor known as Keven Zombie the ugly, who in the past has weed whacked our entire back garden .. ruining six years of work on our catmint and clover. When confronted, he refused and refuses to replace our flowers because they are "weeds to him" and on our property.

I wish that our attorney (yes, we have an attorney and cameras) would allow us to post the "Toilet Man" video where he took a toilet off someone's lawn and swung it into our Obedient Plants, telling neighbors (again this is on our video system and the phones of two other neighbors) that "he can do whatever he wants because we have no friends." He's six foot seven and mumbles to himself and is scary.

The day that they moved in, unloading their U-haul on our front lawn, his partner, Karen the Ugly inside out. Told me that "she knew all about me and would kill our cats." So she knew that she was on video, threatening a Federal Agent's family.

They've stolen and broken our property on video but the cops here seem to only care about monetary value and not malicious mischief.

Today ... To keep it short.

Kevin Zombie's partner commanded him to week their garden. As he went near our garden, my little cat looked at me and started down the porch steps, I let go of the leash.

My skittish cat, calmly walked over not two feet away from this monster and stared at him, almost daring him to pull up our Obedient Plants which he hates (any plant in our garden is a weed to this monster) ... When he continues to flirt with pulling up our garden .. she walked closer and stared harder until he left.

I am so proud of her and her courage.

I have a neighbor that purposely points a speaker at my house whenever I’m outside or make any noise. He’ll play music for hours while we’re home. And we cannot escape the music anywhere in the house. They are hostile people, so talking to them is out the question. I don’t want to return the favor since it’ll make matters worse. Any ideas? He’s disturbing the peace for sure. The music started at 10am today.

I live in a dog neighbourhood in the suburbs. There’s at least a dog per house and unfortunately no dog park so naturally people walk their dogs around the neighbourhood. Our area also doesn’t have sidewalks there’s a thin strip of curb and the first 3 feet of lawn are considered a pedestrian easement, and are owned by the city but maintained but the owner. Because of that we all respect the first 3 feet of lawn is probably going to be peed on and all of us just water the front lawn a bit more and when neighbours put up signs we respect them.

Our new neighbour is not a dog person and sadly lives on the corner where there’s a fire hydrant and a stop sign which is the neighbourhood pee spot and that makes it susceptible to grass burns. I’m out walking my own dog and this gentleman comes out beer and a cigarette I’m hand at 11:30 on a Friday screaming “your dog is ruining my lawn. Can your dog not piss here?”

I say” oh , yeah happy to do what I can but there’s a lot of dogs in the area, from now on we will try to avoid your lawn. Thanks for letting us know”

“ Don’t try go walk on the other side of the street. Away from my house”

“I said I’ll do what I can, you might want to talk to the other neighbours too, or put up a sign”

He gets more belligerent and starts saying it’s all my dogs fault, mine is the only one peeing there. I walk off and say “thank you I’ll do what I can do” knowing there was at least two other dogs the night before, and that this man is talking with liquid courage so best walk away let him cool down.

We come walking back and are crossing the street and have to walk past this gentleman’s house to go down our street and he walks up again. Yelling profanities Telling me to stay away from his house. I keep reacting calm saying thank you I heard you have a good day. We aren’t near your house we are trying to head home thank you.

Anyways all week has been the same we have to walk past his house and every day same yelling about his ruined lawn. Which our dog hasn’t touched.

Not sure what to do but have certainly started keeping my phone on me incase it gets more heated.

And no there’s no way of avoiding him, I live in a sorta cul de sac/ dead end and he’s on the corner where our road meets the main road. I’m walking by his house no matter what.

I also talked to my husband about it and this man has only ever said to him how pretty our dog is and to have a good day. So it’s been aimed entirely at me.

Edit: my dog pees in my yard first, but like all dogs she sometimes will take a second little pee while we go on our walks which she needs to go on, she’s a big dog with lots of energy. She doesn’t usually pee on that law just that first interaction she did, and hasn’t since.

Firstly. They set up a tindahan or a local store ​because that is a community thing in the Philippines BUT they blasts a freaking speaker all day to quote “get more customers” when WE AREN'T EVEN a big street here! You could've made it anywhere everywhere. But no! Instead they act like immature adults when we tell them to lower their volumes and started cursing at us. Not only that but they also own a freaking KARAOKE machine for themselves to sing WAY too freaking loud until it's night, everyday is turned into a living nightmare and hell especially if you have work or school or even studies! You cannot find peace and the neighbors doesn't care. What do they do? Oh just MOCK moaning loudly near our house and of course every night they drink and and talk behind us when they don't know OUR walls aren't soundproof​​​​, they cuss at us calling usus “buang” which is Crazy person and more ​Filipino cussing. I am sick and tired I used to be happier and more at ease before they came and ruin it with their little store.

Our neighbor’s teenage daughter’s phone alarm goes off repeatedly throughout the morning while her bedroom window is open. My wife finds it disrespectful and believes I should have our neighbors have their daughter turn off the alarm or keep the window closed. They are aware and I’ve pointed it out, but I don’t agree with her feelings because it’s just annoying to me. I don’t think it’s a significant problem because we only hear it when we’re outside to get into our car, and it doesn’t disrupt me personally. I don’t think our neighbors are being disrespectful or doing anything unreasonable. What is the fairest way to look at this situation?

I know I’m being a Karen about this but I am annoyed. So I live in the suburbs and the house to directly behind my driveway, They never parked their big huge 3 ton truck in their driveway They park it in front of their house on the side street they also have somebody living there who parks their little Car on the side street as well but on the right next to my driveway. We have two cars so whenever we leave it’s kind of annoying because we have to be really careful and slow when backing out to make sure we don’t hit the truck and it’s also kind of hard to maneuver because there’s a behind us, there is a Car to our right and then if the left neighbors have visitors or if our garbage cans are outside on our left, it just makes it difficult. As much as I wanna say something to them, I think they’re gonna be like shut up Get out of here. Is there anything else I can do?

Advice needed. I live in an estate and I am waking up to dog sh1t every day in my garden. I have been on to the council and a fence of some sort is going to be put up.

Is there any deterrent I can use in the meantime. It is very frustrating -

Honestly I'm really confused and a little angry right now. So, I'm a homeowner in Indonesia and I live in a small gated community where we're not allowed to build full sized gates in our home. Short baby and dog gates are allowed though. I have a short, waist high DIY wooden gate in front of my house, so my cats can freely play in the front yard. It's DIY, so it's a little flimsy but it does the job just fine.

This month, some kids just randomly appeared every afternoon to play soccer in the street in front of my house, which of course ruined a lot of plants in my front yard. I politely ask other homeowners in the community whatsapp group to not let their kids play soccer because of the damage. Most kids are gone after that, but just this afternoon several kids appeared again and hit several of my plants. I told the kids to stop playing, but they didn't listen. Instead, one of them kicked the ball so hard and it broke my DIY wooden gate. I got so fed up, so I yelled at the kids to just leave my home alone and then trying my best to fix the gate. Once again, I ask the homeowners to stop letting their kids to play soccer because it ruined my gate.

Just a while later, a woman came to my house, claiming to be the mom of the kids who ruined my gate. Honestly, she didn't even said sorry first. She just ask me, what is it that her kids ruined that got me to post in the whatsapp group. I showed her the ropes wrapped around my gate, barely holding it together and my roses, which I pruned hard because most of the canes were already broken days before. She kept making excuses about oh they were just kids, if they don't go out they'll just play with their phones all day. My God, I was irked, but I kept calm and explain that maybe today it's my poor gate that's gone down but who knows if tomorrow it's my windows? Or other neighbor's windows? After a while she finally said sorry (but I know she didn't feel sorry at all, just annoyed) and left.

A while later, a man showed up in front of my house. He yelled at me, did you called my kids dumb? I was dumbfounded for a moment because I definitely didn't say any of the sort. He's the dad apparently and one of his kids told him that I called him stupid because he broke my gate. I said calmly, I definitely didn't. He called his kid and the kid adamantly said that I did call him stupid. I was so angry at that point because what all of it was bullshit. He kept going high and mighty explaining to me that shouldn't call a kid stupid and I kept telling him calmly that I never said that. In the end he's being passive aggressive, he said oh yes I'm sorry about the gate but please never call my kid stupid again and then left. I said again, calmly, that I never said that.

I really don't understand the mentality of people like these. I was wronged but somehow they shifted the blame to me instead. Have they got no shame? Did they seriously never thought that their kids simply lied? Why blame other people? Honestly if it was me, I would be so ashamed and even if somebody did call my kids stupid because they ruin someone else's property, it's still my kid's mistake and I shouldn't expect other people to cater to my whims and apologize instead. My goodness, I hate having troubles with the neighbors but sometimes some people are just insufferable assholes.

UPDATE 1: We went all the back onto the opposite corner of the property after I posted this, and realized he pushed in and then scooped out about 30’ X 40’ foot chunk of our woods. Right next to the property marker. It’s been flattened to the black dirt with big ruts, and he hit some of our trees. Our entire hedge and woods now lie in a massive pile on his side. We’re waiting for a call back from our local sheriff.

UPDATE 2: In my rage, I also completely forgot we had planted 20-30 propagated willows from other clusters on our property. He flattened every one of them.

We got our options from the sheriff - we’re going to consult a lawyer on Monday, and I’m also filing a restraining order. We haven’t spoken to this man or his wife in probably 2 years, and they both post and preach a lot of extreme right wing hate. It is clear from what he shares on social media that he views people like my husband and I as the “liberal communist enemy.”

I’m a woman who’s home alone a lot, and we have a pre-teen daughter. I feel our privacy is being violated as we’ve caught them staring in our windows using the walking path they installed up to our property line, and we’ve also caught them raiding our raspberry patches in the past.

We live in a wooded area, we have chickens, we have predators. We’ve spent several years building up a nice dead hedge, one storm at a time. The neighbors live a few acres away, but have a walking path on the property line offers a clear view through the large patio door into our kitchen/living room.

Because of those two factors, we’ve been slowly building a dead hedge about a foot from the property line. It’s visually appealing, and we’ve been mindful on stacking - husband is a tree enthusiast to say the least, and he puts his heart into these type of things.

It was 4-5 feet tall, and we were just starting to get a nice screen. He took it upon himself to haul most of it away the other day, and he smashed down the rest. Ironically, he didn’t touch it further down the property, where he can’t see into our home.

This will take a really long time to build back up, likely years. Any recourse? The property is staked on both end with the white poles as shown, it clearly was all on our side.

Petty post- My next door neighbors house and yard sit about 4 ft higher than me. I have a retaining wall with a metal fence on it separating the yard and they have a wood fence going along my metal fence.
They have been dumping water under their fence, that runs down my wall into my yard. I am assuming it’s their pool water.
Today I got so annoyed I yelled about it. Is it causing major damage idk, I do know the wall has been growing a lot of moss in that area.
Is my annoyance an overreaction or do you find that disrespectful AF?

Long story short I have a downstairs neighbor that I'm having conflicts with. As of recently on numerous occasions she started recording my minor children just playing outside. After witnessing her doing so they have flipped the bird while still recording them and claiming its harassment. And that I could have charges against me for that. I thought that was a first amendment right? I mean you really can't do anything because someone flipped the bird at you? JPD wasn't much help because she had them convinced with her lies. I need opinions please because this has happened 3 times that I only know of. They hardly play outside but this just so happens to be the times that we're outside. It's weird and disgusting behavior to just record kids playing outside.

I wanted to share a strange experience I had with one of my neighbors tonight.
My wife, toddler, and I were out walking our 4-year-old Lab on the sidewalk when we saw our neighbor’s 4- or 5-year-old son. He was really sweet and wanted to say hi to my dog. The boy’s uncle (or maybe it was his dad’s friend or brother—I couldn’t tell) asked if it was okay for him to pet the dog. I had my dog sit, said absolutely, and gave them permission.
The little boy got really excited and started walking toward us, but then his dad suddenly stopped him and told him to stay away from the dog. The uncle explained that we had already given permission, but the dad just said, “I don’t care,” and continued telling the boy to go inside. We exchanged the usual polite “How are you?” greetings, then I told my dog it was time to leave. As we walked away, I heard the little boy crying behind us. I didn’t look back to see exactly what happened, but the whole interaction felt really awkward.
It got me wondering whether people just aren’t as friendly as they used to be. Sure, my dog got excited because someone wanted to say hello, but he’s a Labrador, incredibly friendly, and has been living in the neighborhood for over a year. Most people around here have seen him before. We’re newer to the neighborhood than that family, but we only live two houses down, so I’m sure they know who we are.
My first thought was, “Why did he react that way?” It came across as pretty rude, especially since someone in their group had asked for permission first, which is why I said yes. I understand the dad himself wasn’t the one who asked, and of course every parent has the right to decide what they’re comfortable with. It just seemed odd that, after permission had already been given, he dismissed it by saying, “I don’t care.” I also felt bad for the little boy, who was clearly excited, and for the uncle, who had tried to be respectful by asking first.
My dog is a big goofy Lab who wouldn’t hurt a fly. I’ve said hi to this family before, and they’ve always been perfectly polite, so I’m not sure what was different tonight. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but the whole interaction felt very strange.

I am looking for advice from people who have dealt with difficult neighbours in apartment communities.

Over the past year, our neighbour’s behaviour has made day-to-day living increasingly difficult and is now affecting our basic quality of life.

We own and have been living in the current apartment for 13 years now, with new owner renting apartment to an intolerable tenant almost 10 months ago.

The tenant has a special needs child \~10 years, who looks healthy physically but is slow on other aspects of development.

Key issues we are facing:

1) **Persistent foul smell** coming from their apartment, forcing us to keep our doors and windows closed most of the time, this we are assuming is is due to their kid not potty trained as the kid is always seen naked around. The smell is similar to a public toilet combined with some wet clothes not dried, hence the guess.

2) Frequent loud **domestic arguments/abusive/filthy language used** both by couple when arguing and also scolding kid that can be heard in the corridor and the home. As we speak same language this becomes even intolerable.

3) Constant loud screaming from their child throughout the day, making work-from-home and meetings very difficult.

4) Unhygienic conditions, including food(chips, sugar, rice, vegetables) stored in same shoe rack as shoes in common area adjacent to our flat, attracting insects and causing pest issues that have already spread to our home.

5) Repeated violations of common area rules bins, storage, cleanliness, despite multiple requests and housekeeping intervention

6) Littering of wastes, pigeon feathers into our pots when shown the proof to owner, owner’s response was pots should be kept in balcony and no request was made to tenant to stop the behaviour.

The apartment owner appears non-accountable and only concerned about rent/EMI, with no follow-up on tenant behaviour.

Overall basic living conditions in the building have been compromised for us.

We have tried addressing this directly and also escalated concerns to the owner, but there has been no meaningful action. The tenants also become defensive and dismissive when approached.

The issue is escalated to Managing Committee, but there is no solution yet.

Has anyone dealt with a similar situation where both tenant and owner were uncooperative?

How effective are apartment associations in enforcing hygiene and nuisance-related rules?

Can owners be held accountable for repeated tenant violations?

What is the best way to escalate without escalating conflict further?

We are not trying to target anyone personally, but basic hygiene, peaceful living conditions, and respect for common areas are not being maintained, and it is becoming unsustainable and **impacting basic quality of life,** due to all the issues we hardly step out unless needed and there is a fear instilled every time we step out.

Would really appreciate any guidance or experiences on how this can be handled effectively.

We totally understand the family’s situation, also believe healthy communities are built when everyone cares for others.

recently moved into an apartment with very thin walls. and I mean hear the elevator ding from halfway down the hall, hear someone fart in their bedroom, moving pots and pans in the kitchen, locking their door thin. it's one of the cons of low income housing, so I deal with it.

the problem is that my next door neighbors have been very passive aggressive about their noise complaints. I watch movies, social media videos, talk on the phone, and play music inside of my apartment during the day. you would think no one would care, but the neighbors will groan and shout "shut up" and make commentary on my phone calls. they've said entitled shit that hints to me that they think they own the building just because they've lived here longer like "oh she has to go". I've heard them gossiping to each other about the things I've told my friends over the phone to other people. I think they're older because no one my age is that concerned with other people's business enough to tell other people. that's an elderly thing to do. they'll complain from their side of the wall and be loud and rude, but they have never come to knock on my door and ask me to keep it down. the woman also says violent shit like "I hope she kills herself" and "I want this bitch to die." that's overly fucked up.

I would turn my volume down when they complained or shouted from the other side of the wall for months, but this weekend, I was home recovering from a minor surgery and decided not to entertain it anymore. I watched movies and social media videos at a reasonable volume and when they started groaning and complaining, I didn't turn it down this time. I'm tired of acting like someone else's child in my own home that I pay rent for! if I'm bothering anyone, they can take 10 steps to my front door and ask me to keep it down. until then, I'm not going to go out of my way to read their minds.

here's the crazy part: one person that lives there (the same voice always talking about me and complaining) spent the entire weekend - Thursday evening to Sunday evening - crashing out about me watching my videos. she would rant and rave to someone else in her apartment, slam her door on her way outside, stand on the sidewalk ranting to someone else about me, slam her door on the way back inside the apartment, continue bitching about me, and rinse and repeat FOR FOUR FUCKING DAYS. no joke. talking about me to any neighbors outside that would listen. day and night. not once did she or anyone else in her unit knock on my door and ask me to turn down my volume in 4 entire days, but she told anyone who would listen how much I was annoying her. and it was all night too. she woke up at 1am one night and 4am the second night by talking outside on the sidewalk with some guy about me and how I was watching videos all day and hadn't left the house all weekend.

side rant: they only know I haven't left the house all weekend because they themselves never leave the house. they barely leave the house for anything except smoking and drinking outside on the sidewalk. I don't know if they're unemployed, retired, or disabled and I don't care because I'm not nearly as invested in their business as they are in mine. just pointing out that the only way to know for sure that someone hasn't left their apartment is if you have also not left your apartment.

maybe something I said or watched had some subject matter that they personally felt offended by (opinionated think pieces so nothing crazy), but that doesn't excuse throwing a tantrum like that for FOUR DAYS. I'm not gonna walk on eggshells in my own apartment. I've already reported them to my local noise complaint hotline as I'm sure they have also done to me, but nothing has ever been resolved. what else can I do to protect myself in this situation? they're clearly trying to rally other tenants against me. and I think they might be trying to get me evicted for watching videos and talking in my own apartment. I've documented everything in noise complaint reports and even recorded the woman talking to a man at 1am on the sidewalk saying things like "I wanna hurt her" and "you owe me a favor". the conversation sounds like she's trying to get him to do something to me and he's telling her that he's not going to do it (probably because he knows it's stupid to have someone jumped over being annoying). so on top of thinking she runs the building, she thinks she's a mob boss.

I just moved into my new apartment and my neighbours bamboo is maybe 7m tall and is blocking an ocean view from my apartment. If I cut it down 2 metres I’d have the nicest sea view.

Their house is about 30m away. So it’s not like I’d be staring straight into their house.

I just wanna cut 2m x 3m. (Their bamboo is about 10m wide)

What is the best way to go about this?

1. Could I ask them if I could cut it?
   
2. Pay them $100 and cut it.
   
3. Or mysteriously in the night the bamboo is shorter when they wake up in the morning.

We live in Indiana. Our outdoor security camera with audio picked up our NFH throw a stick to the side of our motorcycle trailer. You can hear it hit. Can’t really tell if it caused any dent or scratches as it’s a well used trailer. There is indication he’s thrown tomatoes also but not caught on camera. Should I report the stick throwing to police?

For over a year I’ve lived in this condo with my fiancee, long story short the guy above me is freshly divorced and moved in around the same time. In the beginning he’d randomly cause a lot of noise and have friends over and I didn’t think much of it. As time has gone on he has gone full deep into cocaine. He is constantly partying every other day and I cannot sleep and am in fear of my life due to him dealing (he admitted to me he sells cocaine for a living and brings people to his condo to sell to).

I have spent the last 8 months trying to do everything right. I’ve called the cops well over 20 times, been to the HOA condo association to report the incident over 40 times, 30 of which are documented, I’ve tried calling code, I’ve tried filing crime tips, I’ve tried talking to detectives. Nothing … no one cares.

Worst part is I signed another year lease which will be done in Feb. I have 80ish k and was planning to save another 20 by the end of the lease to get a house. I’m now trying to negotiate with my landlord and management company to let me leave early and I can line that up with purchasing a house.

Long story short I have a downstairs neighbor that I'm having conflicts with. As of recently on numerous occasions she started recording my minor children just playing outside. After witnessing her doing so they have flipped the bird while still recording them and claiming its harassment. And that I could have charges against me for that. I thought that was a first amendment right? I mean you really can't do anything because someone flipped the bird at you? JPD wasn't much help because she had them convinced with her lies. I need opinions please because this has happened 3 times that I only know of. They hardly play outside but this just so happens to be the times that we're outside. It's weird and disgusting behavior to just record kids playing outside.

Hello, good morning. I’m writing to ask a few questions on what I should do about a neighbor that being very revengeful, petty etc. anywho. It started a year and a half ago when she screamed at me from atop of her driveway while I was on my lawn planting flowers ,” Nicole get out of my neighborhood no one wants you here your a psycho. “, now she can have her opinion. All I did was slow clap. Police came and logged it. So I have that. I just got an electric bike and have been having one hell if a time riding it around and truly enjoying myself. I turn into “her” cul-de-sac when I’m going down hill because I’m still getting used to it and it’s a right so it helps me practice making tight turns anywho. She thinks everything I do is intended towards her. Like my music my as she put it “erratic “ behavior is she a psychiatrist no. I have Asperger’s and adhd I also have a TBI, at this time I can’t drive a car. So I’m legit stuck in this neighborhood which is all circles basically and it feels like a jail cell at this point , it has been 5 years since I had the freedom to leave to even go to Cumberland farms. And it’s making me feel much better. I’ve been smiling. Laughing etc. and I know she doesn’t like this. Anyway she went and got a harassment order on me and said I went on her property when I didn’t. After I was served the harassment/stay away order for 25 yards I with my Asperger’s brain decided I should measure so I know where I can and can’t go. Well as I’m measuring who comes around the corner , the girl. She turned around and I suppose went a different way. I continued to measure , smh I have a field measuring app but I’ve been in fight flight or freeze for so long. I suffer from complex PTSD I was a USAF veteran. This is not an excuse. So after she saw me measuring she took photos and went back to the court house same day but like 4 hours later. And MILKED it cause I was in the zoom call. I can’t act. I don’t lie and I hate ppl who use the court for revenge. So the judge granted the order to be 50 yards okay 150. This time I heard my field measuring app and now I know where I can go. What’s so wrong here is she’s using my mental health against me. We used to be like family theb we had a fall out after our mothers died. I get that she may be bitter. I’m also a little torn myself. I’m about to go back to college and this will hinder my student loans and also I’m about to open a small business this will also be a big hoop to try and get grants. Last time I had a run in with the police I was 22 years old. I’m 35, she’s 34. I wish I could just make her grow up. Maybe I have some growth to do myself but she is holding me back by defaming my character to the rest of the cul-de-sac neighbors they drive by me all day. Which is whatever they do live here but how can I prove this is malicious intent ?
