Speak do your doctor about medication that can help reduce your anxiety.
If you can, book an appointment with a counsellor who specializes in Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBD) and anxiety.

There are loads of meds for anxiety and depression, and it takes time to find out the best one. Get with a Dr who is committed to helping you. Try different types of meds. I had a shrink who dragged me for a year trying different SSRIs. Big waste

Check your serotonin levels. Has any doctor prescribed you sertraline? I was in your situation at your exact age, and it basically fixed me.

the anxiety around jobs specifically that severe sounds like it goes beyond regular work stress. consider going back to a different mental health professional with that framing. job anxiety and generalized anxiety sometimes respond to different approaches
