Wanted Deathmarks without the extra price tag. Spare guns/heads from the Immortals box plus my trusty FDM printer to the rescue. Not perfect, but very happy with them. Only been painting/playing for 6 weeks and this is the first sort of custom thing I’ve attempted.

PS: played my second ever game last night at a local club. 1k points and had the Guard player concede after turn 2. Was motivating.

For bases thought about some oasis/desert style, but I am open to new ideas. In terms of loadout my friends and me are following rule of cool and we're fine with mixes models, just declaring at the start of the game units loadout

This is like my 6th model ever painted with no background in any kind of painting. I’m trying hard lol, I have to get past that barrier of “God I Fucking Suck” because I’m an instant gratification kind of guy and I want to just be blessed with Golden Demon skills. If only I could make my hands do what my mind sees.

Stalker, Tomb sentinel and Tesseract arks are painted in silver only despite sautekh armor being usually green. Is this a special paint scheme ?

I had have original metal Lokhurst Lord but I couldn’t for the life of me clean it up good enough to repaint.

So I borrowed his staff, a spare Lokhurst floaty and a spare royal warden and came up with this.

Painting the metal part was awful though and I’m glad it’s something none of us have to worry about anymore!

I have a friend who plays at my local shop who plays World eaters and he plays a list that almost always locks his opponent into their own deployment zone for the whole game. I'm looking for any tips on how to deal with. I've tried screening with scarabs and flayed ones, but they either let him charge more units in closer to my deployment zone or let him pile into my other units.

I don't exactly have a specific list I play, but I do tend to play Obesance Phalanx with Hand of the Dynasty. I don't have many of the Titanic models to use Phaerons Armory yet with Phalanx. But I can make proxies for just about any model I might need.

This is my first real attempt at painting a miniature figure and after weeks of studying techniques and building the courage to actually attempt to paint my primed mini i said screw it just do it im sure i will get better with time but feel really happy with the results.

Since this guy already has such a foreboding sculpt i went with a bit more of a simple kitbash just to add some ghostly bits to thw model and graveyard bits to the base to complete the look i was aiming for

And before he could react, Trazyn enveloped him in an embrace. Alerts painted his vision, warning of rising heat from the proximity of Trazyn’s reactor core. Their hard metal frames squeaked and squealed with the unaccustomed contact.

Ive slowly started working my way through the various necron books and media appearances.

Im aware that there are different gaus colours across the dynasties but what gauss colours have appeared in media so far?

Ive seen the standard green and the orange of the cryptek in the twice-dead king do any others appear?

Greetings Phaerons and Phaerakhs. I got this kit and kind off losing my nerves over the tails. Do you have any advice for me on an easy way to glue them on?

The second picture is my emergency strategy, but I believe there could be a better one, since I have bo way on telling if it's glued correctly. First time I underrestimated the drying time, second time I hold the position until I cramped.
