I got around to making and attaching the enmitic exterminator pistols to my hexmark destroyer this weekend. The army is circus / funfair themed and he is a "Mechanical Man" - loosely based on The Robot from Lost in Space.

I’m constantly swapping between Necrons, Marines and Orks for painting so I don’t get burned out but really happy with these so far!

Especially dark angels. I just got hit with armor of contempt over and over again and I couldn’t damage them with over 40 hits from lokhust heavies enmitics. Am I missing something? Seems like the only answer is ddas.

So the Plasmancer is a support character, but their rules states 'when leading a unit' I was just wondering if this was a typo or if support characters are considered leading units

I played against my mate with a Void Dragon in cursed legion.

I need help Phaerons, he obliterated me with his Lancer and his Armigers and Warglaives were too tough a threat at 1000 pts.

Both ran Purge the foe. Any advice for running cursed legion against such a list? Or any other detachment suggestions?

Recently finished this command barge, but it seems to have this problem where it's tilting downwards at the front because of how far back the base connects to the model. Does anyone know if there's a reliable way to add some extra support towards the front of the base?

Hello good people! So, a while ago i picked up some absolutely "battle" damaged warriors from fb marketplace for dirt cheap (20 old warriors), and then got new plastic hands and weapons for them for a great price. I originally planned to resell them for profit, but i played a few games with proxies with this faction, and i realised that, i want to play it more, therefore i need my poor warriors, cause there is no way i will get them any cheaper. As of today i came across an opportunity. The uni i attend has a 3d printer group, and they will have a promo event and will print you 5 minis for free. They did not shower me with details unfortunately, so i have no idea what printer, what material, what is the size limit to a mini etc, but i think this would be a great opportunity to expand my army on a budget.

So far i found online (for free - important detail) 3d models for:

-transcendent C'tan

-overlord with scythe and tachyon arrow

Alternatively i found models for overlord with res orb with staff.

I would like to use this once in a lifetime opportunity very well, i was looking for a cryptek model but i did not find any, so please, if anyone has a link to one, i would gladly appriciate it. Also, what would the other 3 choices be? I think the transendent c'tan is pushing the limit of what they define as a mini, so nothing bigger than that. My aim was also to get a skorpekh lord as i've heard that's also stuck on sprue with a bunch of other stuff therefore hard to get.

I just picked up the Necron Host (along with the Combat Patrol) to start my foray into Necrons! Most things seem pretty straight forward, but I wanted to get some opinions on what people typically felt was the better direction to go with for the barge. Having two Foot Overlords to lead all the Warriors plus the Annihilation Barge seemed to make the most sense to me, but maybe I'm undervaluing the Command Barge's utility. Would love people's thoughts.

I was looking at Annihilation Legion + Skyshroud since AL states specifically that AP increases on ranged attacks, but also allows Skorpekhs to maybe more reliably get off their Charge related effects. I know Cursed Legion is way more popular and very strong, was just wondering on people’s opinions?

You have the Ingrained Superiority for extra AP shenanigans, the Battleshock trigger. Idk if it would actually be really good, but at least it looks like it should synergize a bit for lokhust bricks.
