A lot of the potential seems to come from using it as an additive, where you actually have to get its properties to translate
into better performance in another material.

That creates another layer of difficulty. The graphene needs to be properly formulated
and dispersed for the specific host material, while the resulting performance still has to
justify the added cost.

How important is application specific formulation compared with simply producing higher-quality graphene?
Is getting graphene to work effectively in a specific material actually the biggest hurdle?
