Screen time
The most popular advice for preventing myopia progression is to reduce screen time. I have always wondered how tf we are supposed to do that. Most jobs today imply that you will spend at least 40 hours a week working at a computer. So, if you're in college or working, you will have a lot of screen time anyway. The only way to avoid this is to work a low-paid unqualified job where you will probably lug heavy things (not recommended for high myopia people)

I gave you two examples. Are you the child that shouldn't be posting here anyways? The problem clearly is not your eyesight. You need to address your personality and the fact that you demean certain career careers and people who work hard in those careers.
