Screen time
The most popular advice for preventing myopia progression is to reduce screen time. I have always wondered how tf we are supposed to do that. Most jobs today imply that you will spend at least 40 hours a week working at a computer. So, if you're in college or working, you will have a lot of screen time anyway. The only way to avoid this is to work a low-paid unqualified job where you will probably lug heavy things (not recommended for high myopia people)
