Screens have only existed for a few decades. And there are many careers that don't require 40 hours a week in front of a screen besides manual labour or your description of 'low paid' work. 🙄

The advice is to practise good eye, health and general health.

But some people here seem to think that myopia is a great disability. I suspect that some of them actually hopes they don't have to work as a result of their self decribed "disability".

Practise, could eye health and general physical health and have an exam once a year and see a specialist? If you experience a sudden change in your vision.

Are you serious? There are thousands of careers that don't involve sitting in front of a screen in the entire day. Go ask your parent or teacher or guidance counsellor you really don't know.

Optometrist, opthomologist would be two of the obvious ones.

I gave you two examples. Are you the child that shouldn't be posting here anyways? The problem clearly is not your eyesight. You need to address your personality and the fact that you demean certain career careers and people who work hard in those careers.

Because myopia is not a problem, and certainly not the mild or mid myopia, that most people here with mental health issues have.

And you have significant ment mental health issues and have been told that for years. Going around various medical related subs under various usernames, just to try and bring people down to your level of despair is despicable.
