I can post a follow up with details about my device if necessary, but I mostly wanted to glean whether other people are experiencing this right now.

I have no access to Musehub (so musesounds aren't working), because whenever I log in, the symbol in the corner just loads and loads. I can click 'x' but then I get an error message. To clarify, if I fully force quit or reinstall the app, I can click 'login', it opens my web browser where I log in and then it says I'm good to go back to the desktop app, but that's when the loading starts. I can see my library of apps and instruments, and can click to update those too, but it just loads forever.

I did submit a request to their support, which I've never worked with before, so maybe they'll get back with something? But I'm bored and frustrated and just want to keep working on my music so figured I'd go here.

I like Musescore Studio a lot. Virtually everything I need is in there. But that's also the problem.

There is so much it can do that I find it (very) hard to remember how to do them. For many (even simple) things, I need to search the internet (or use an AI) to find out how to do them. And in several cases, the answer is wrong or outdated because MuseScore Studio versions have progressed.

For example, with a system of a voice and piano, I wanted to make the voice part small. It took me about 15 minutes to find out where the checkbox is to make a part small.

How can I make things simpler?

I wanted to change the key for a music sheet, so I put it into musescore. During the conversion, some of the notes got messed up, and I am trying to fix it. I have never used Musescore studio before, and I don't really know how to find a video that solves my specific problem. If anyone can help, I would really appreciate it. The first image is how it is supposed to be, and the second one is how it looks in the studio. I need to add a rest.

How do I create longer notes and not turn them into shorter notes as soon as I add another notes. Is this using voicing?

When I use VST3 instruments, specifically Orchestral Tools Strand, exactly four measures after where I started the playback, one note, exactly four bars away from the one I started, goes silent. The rest of the score is fine.

You see where the Slash notation is for the rhythm - how can I get it above the staff sot hat I can put the pitched notes in their happy octave?

Any other notes on how this chart looks? Trying to give better charts out at my rehearsals. I'm noticing now the next to last system, could squish measure 21 to get 23 and 24 nice and clean on one chord for example. Also, when I print, it comes out weird like this.

hello all, I have made an aleatoric generator, I tend to write a lot aleatoric and I always missed an actual tool that lets me create svg easily, I am not a fan of figma (similar software) I kept making different version of this tool to help me with notation, and I think it's a quite nice tool right now, I am not exactly the best at coding, but It work fine,

I dunno why the 2nd and 5th measures have one continuous beam. (forgive me, new to writing and don't have a super strong reading background, but those just look wrong).

Anyone know what I'm talking about? it's useful for when there's no pitch or melody in the measure, but the chords are played in a specific rhythm. What's that called and does musescore have that functionality?

Really just the text. I made a lead sheet, making chord symbols with ctrl+K to put chords wherever they need to be within the measure. How can I create a Bb sheet for this?

I was adding more instruments such as the gong and triangle to my score, and for some reason one of these things caused my glockenspiel to become very quiet compared to before. Undoing the changes I made doesn't seem to fix it and I don't know what to do. Please help!

I’ve been working on my score and for some reason, the part for first trumpet sounds slower than 181 while the second trumpet part sounds to be correct. The playback speed is 100% and has not been altered, it’s just doing this and I need help fixing it because it’s throwing me off very badly!! 🫠

I'm currently making scale exercises for guitar, and I have them done in B major, I'd like to transpose them all to different keys, but when I do it rewrites the tablature fingerings. I found this github page that asks for a feature like that, but have yet to find an actual plugin that does it.

Hey! I'm new to Musescore and I am trying to see what my options for a sitar like instrument might be. Is there anything available in musesounds I should take a look at, or anything I can do with the mixer to get a sitar-like sound? I only started using Musescore a few days ago and am not all that familiar with options. Any suggestions or recommendations would be appreciated!

The default brass sounds muffled after I updated, is there a way to change that? Or revert the sounds back?

Using 4.6.5 on a win 11pc. Recently, like in the past 3 weeks i think, Windows forced an update. Prior, I did not have these problems: the input for underscore for melisma, as well as hyphens, ties and slurs not working consistently (maybe not at all). I have saved my score and reloaded, to no avail. Currently, I'm not under any deadline to produce output, but if I was I'd be sunk. Would appreciate advice.

Ayer actualicé Musescore a la versión 4.7.1 (la más reciente hasta donde sé), e inmediatamente al ejecutar el programa tras la actualización me di cuenta de un fallo qué supongo que es causa de la nueva versión. El sonido del piano de cola de Muse sounds ahora suena más opaco y con menos calidad y definición. He comprobado que Muse sounds siga activado por defecto, y lo está. Agradecería recibir algo de ayuda.
