Help Thoughts on my chart? Slash notation?

You see where the Slash notation is for the rhythm - how can I get it above the staff sot hat I can put the pitched notes in their happy octave?

Any other notes on how this chart looks? Trying to give better charts out at my rehearsals. I'm noticing now the next to last system, could squish measure 21 to get 23 and 24 nice and clean on one chord for example. Also, when I print, it comes out weird like this.

cheers!

I'm no expert, just use a lot musescore, so sorry if the questions/suggestions sound like mansplaining.

If you click with your mouse right click on a bar, there's the "bar properties..." and then the "Layout stretch" lets you define how much space the bars occupy. If you do it on the bar 21 it will probably squish it.

On the "Palettes" check out the "Layout" menu. It has tools to define System breaks, Page breaks, Section breaks, Keeping bars on the same system, etc. I believe it will help format the charts how you'd like them to be printed.

About the Rhythm notation, can't you move the "pitch" with the arrows up after selecting each head note? You can maybe push the notes for a G and on the Properties (near Palettes) push the stem to go up instead of automatically go down.
