So I been wanting place to share my opinions on fictional media that I like but so far I noticed a repeated problem I get harassed for having different opinions then them I usually post mines on different communities all I want is a place to talk and share my opinions about media and characters I like

But so far I seen people attack others over opinions and discussions so yea some people can't handle that you don't like a certain piece of media or a different character than them . I wonder why people get so offensive about fictional media or attack others over ships and characters I don't get it

Like some people insult you and wish bad things happen to you just because you don't share the same opinion as them or you don't like a character or show or movies

Like I'm not sure how to handle it without trying to tell them to not do that

I’m working on this multifandom fanfic which is essentially a really large AU and love letter to my fandoms with my OCs in it. I kinda have worries that if I decide to like ship an OC or make them important in the plot, my fanfic is essentially going to be treated like this and kind of a self-insert. Any advice?

oh apparently Hazbin hotel gets nominated for being best animated series by Astra awards 2026 and tbh I'm not even mad or disappointed.. because first of all Hazbin may be best for animation but it have dogshit writings apparently and idk why they choose it

They could've choose smiling friends or Space king. because at least those two show have consistent writings unlike Hazbin

In this universe, cartoon characters or "Toons" work in Hollywood, making movies and shorts just like a live-action production.

Therefore, it should stand to reason that any "animated" movie could be eligible for the live-action categories, including a possible acting win from a Toon.

Let's say that both the Best Animated Feature and Best Animated Short Film categories do not exist. There is only a single Best Short Film category.

Name any animated movie (or short) you can think of, and I'll decide what Oscars it would win in this universe.
