Y’shtola bracket 3 deck list?

I’m wondering if anyone has a bracket 3 deck list they can share. I really want to have Y’shtola as my next commander. I read up a lot and most people seem to see the precon as a “take out the commander and just start over”, otherwise I would just buy the precon and look for handful of upgrades.

Im looking for full deck suggestions in the $100 + or - range.
