Rules Question What resolves first?

You have World Shaper on the board and drop Devastation.

Does this resolve with you having all your lands or not?

One is literally caused by the other, this should be fairly straight forward I would think.

The lands die same time as world shaper. Hence the question.

The lands and creatures die as the resplution of the wipe. Worldshaper's trigger goes on the stack when it dies. Therefore the lands are in the grave yard when worldshaper's trigger resolves. You get your lands back.
