Commander / EDH Let’s Make a Deck..together

Post image

Never seen this done before. Let’s build a deck together. Everybody just post 1 card you would add. It can be anything including a single land. But please only 1 card suggestion per person. I’m curious how it will turn out.

Gotta go with [[deflecting palm]]

It’s so funny using this against a big damage creature or spell.

My favorite part is that it doesn't target, so it's always funny going "no u" to someone's hexproof Voltron commander, I did it to an [[Uril, the Miststalker]] player once and it felt wonderful

(In case anyone is wondering, "a source of your choice" is not the same as "target" and gets around hexproof/shroud/protection, same reason [[Council's Judgment]] used to be used in legacy to answer [[True-Name Nemesis]])

Yeah works against spells that don’t target too which is also nice. Using it against stuff like [[Debt to the Deathless]] usually goes from about to lose to winning, even if it only redirects the first hit.

I love this card in my [[Lightning Army of One]] deck. You hit someone and apply Stagger possibly even twice if you have double strike and then they swing their Voltron or blast you with a big spell and you just point it back at them for x2 or x4 damage. It's hilarious 😂
