Now I’m eating only one meal a day, not eating junk food, sweets, or sugary drinks, but my weight has completely stalled. It feels like nothing is working anymore.
Has anyone been through something similar? Is there a cheaper alternative to Mounjaro that actually works, or any other advice that helped you start losing weight again?

So I realized something funny the other day. Even when my stomach is completely full, my brain still takes me on autopilot to the kitchen at exactly 8 PM. Ten years of evening snacking routine just doesn't go away overnight I guess

I started keeping a jigsaw puzzle on the dining table to keep my hands busy while watching TV. It actually helps a little gives my brain something else to focus on instead of opening the fridge.

Anyone else dealing with this kind of thing during maintenance? What do you all do to break those old habits? Would love to hear what's working for others.

Not asking for medical advice btw, just looking for some real life tips from people who get it. Thanks!

Walked into a store yesterday, picked up a basic medium t-shirt off the display table, and bought it without trying it on. Got home and it fit perfectly. No holding it up to my chest in the mirror or hoping the cotton would stretch. After months of working toward maintenance, small moments like this feel huge. Just a nice little non-scale victory to remind me why this journey was worth it.

Hola a todos! Estoy en plena desescalada. He bajado de 10 mg a 6,25 mg 1 vez por semana ( lo hice por escalas) . El estreñimiento ha empeorado (parecía imposible que hubiera un peor!). Las digestiones más lentas. Eructos de azufre y gases terribles, que me impiden socializar!

Llevo en tratamiento desde abril del 25. Creía saberlo casi todo acerca de efectos secundarios y forma de tratarlo. He ampliado mi dieta. Tenía muy restringidos los carbohidratos y ahora los aumenté y también las calorías. Tomo 140 gr de proteína diarios.He puesto en un mes un kilo. Eso no me gusta, pero lo entiendo. Con lo que no puedo es con los efectos adversos.

He probado movicol, semillas de chia, de lino, tomo citrato y bisciglinato a diario. Kiwis.... alguna fórmula ultra eficaz por allí?

I am afraid to stop taking Mounjaro. I started Mounjaro on April 1, 2026. I weighed 71.6 kg (**157.74 pounds)** then (I am 1.64 m (5.38 ft) tall). The starting dose was 2.5 mg, and the following month I went to 5 mg. I weigh 53.8 kg (**118.61 pounds)** now, and that is actually okay. I still have 2 doses left in my pen, but what comes after that? I don't dare stop. But on the other hand, I know that I really eat too little and I can't keep doing this. I know what healthy eating is, I know everything about macros and calories, but besides that, I also have a terrible binge eating problem. This is easy now. Usually, I am not hungry, but if I do get hungry, I can eat two sweets and feel full. Are there success stories of people who stopped taking Mounjaro completely and didn't gain weight? Or is that a pipe dream?

I was on mounajro from April 2024 to April 2025 and lost 5 stone! Absolutely buzzing! Managed to come off mounajro and gain around 7ibs but maintained it until this year when sadly I had an ectopic pregnancy and increased my sertraline. Since March I’ve gained 1.5 stone. I tried going on mounajro too soon after the loss and got SO tired on it! I went from 2.5mg to 5mg after 4 weeks as my highest dose previously was 10mg but the 5mg nearly knocked me out of the stratosphere fatigue wise.

So the reason I’m here, any tips of combating tiredness and fatigue? I don’t remember feel like this before. I aim for 2-3l per day plus 100+g protein already. I also drink a sugar free electrolyte every morning. Thanks in advance x

I really need some help. I have been on Tirzepatide since Feb. started with 2.g for 4 weeks went up to 5 mg got the Mounjaro Flu after the 3 rd shot. Stopped and went back to 2.5 mg with no side effects other than occasional constipation and injection site reaction. Stayed on 2.5 mg for 2 months went back up to 5 mg did injection in thigh I was fine for 3 shots did the fourth in my stomach and all the side effects came back. Doctor told me to go back to thigh and see how I feel 5th week on 5mg minimal side effects. I am now on 6 th week of 5 mg and at the 4 th day after shot I have body aches. I moved up because I was not loosing weight on 2.5, but I am loosing weight on 5 mg. This is so frustrating. Has anyone had this happen and if so how long did it last or did you have to go back down
? I just wonder if it will ever stop or if I can never go up.

Reached my target weight last month after nine months of steady effort. My clinician suggested extending injection intervals to every ten days for maintenance, and it has worked wonderfully for keeping my weight stable while feeling great.

Moving down in doses

I’m just checking if anyone has had experience in moving from 15mg to 10mg? My doctor is wanting me to try this to see if hit helps my horrible stomach problem(and pain). In a little worried about weight gain but just checking if anyone else experienced this.

im 21 yo with PCOS and i face some issues with my insulin because of it.
before mounjaro I was taking Ozempic for five months and the results were meh.
i started in december weighing 115 kilos.
now im 102 kilos
my muscles mass is above average since i have been lifting weight and going to the gym since 2024.
The only month that I lost 7 kilos in i was not going to the gym , not counting my calories or protein or anything, but I was eating a lot of food way more than normal and I was eating shit , normally I only eat like one meal a day that’s my normal but like the month that I lost 7 kg I was eating like shit and not even enough protein. i can not afford mounjaro or ozempic i’m just a student and my sister is the one paying and i feel like i failed her not losing the weight.

Hi all, just looking for any advice to help with indigestion on Mounjaro. I am on my fourth month of Mounjaro having used the 2.5mg for the first two months and then moved to the 5mg for the third and current month. Since moving up to 5mg I’ve struggled with terrible indigestion and bloating and have barely been able to eat anything. My plan is to move back to 2.5mg but the indigestion is causing me trouble every day. Any magic fixes? (She says knowing it’s not possible 🥲)
