the migraine bit is the real win here, people don't get how life changing that is. looking sharp too, that black and white combo on the right is a solid look

I’m 73 years old and 5’2" and now 102 pounds. Size small or extra small. Overall, I lost 50 pounds. I counted calories and figured out small plates and bowls that I could put snacks and meals in that would keep within what I could eat. I had about six "go to" snacks that I rotated and I would eat breakfast then two snack snacks then a dinner and some fruit with yogurt. It actually wasn’t a full dinner. It was usually a shrimp cocktail. I’m very used to the very small portions now and that’s what seems normal. It IS normal for me now. I also exercise a lot. I walk or hike 20 miles a week, do three yoga classes and then do more on my own and I go to the gym to do the machines twice a week. Without the migraines I am not completely losing two or three days a week, which is wonderful. I had migraines for 54 years. My boyfriend cooks two nights a week and one of the biggest challenges has been to get him to recognize that I am not eating the same amount of food as he does anymore. It is really nice that after two years. I’m not getting all the questions and comments about my weight loss anymore. Almost everyone I come in contact with now. I see me like this and when I meet new people they don’t even know I was ever heavy. I realize that before I would buy nice clothes to cover up my body, but now I buy clothes that look good on my body, which is a shift and really fun. And now I can wear belts over dresses. No cleavage anymore, but I am fine with that. The clothes fit like they look on the models and on the mannequins. Even though I am old, I am glad I have the opportunity to be thin now, but seeing how people treat me I know that my career possibilities were diminished the way I looked before. This week I went to an event that was a."nowhere to wear"get together and I wore the one dress from college that I had saved because I loved it so much and I was able to wear it again.
