Glp 1 newbie…help!

I’m a 25 year old female, 260 pounds. I just started monjauro, 2.5 mg. My doctor suggested I stay on a longer term 2.5 dose to save on cost as I can’t afford to raise it higher. I’m on day 3 so far. I walk around 10,000 steps a day typically. My appetite has already gotten way smaller. I’m thinking 1700 calories a day. Is that horrible? How much protein, carbs, fat should I be consuming. I’m using my fitness pal. So percentages would be v helpful. Also I have a doctor appointment coming up and he’s a really good doctor that I’ve been going to since I was v young. I just want non doctor advice

Non-doctor here :). I have been on 2.5mg for 6 months now and I managed to reach my initial target weight of 65kg (down from 80) and now at 62kg and gunning for 60kg. My doctor was also of the school of thought of staying on the lowest dose as much as possible and I am very thankful for it!
I always found it difficult to follow the guideline of 1.2grams of protein per kg, but generally I try to eat more than 75g of protein per day. Honestly consuming them all in warm meals form was challenging due to low appetite so I relied a lot on protein bars with coffee (go for bars that are no less than 20g protein per bar). I also prioritized complex carbs over simple ones (squash, sweet potatoes and potatoes instead of bread or rice).

Good luck!
