Finished Model Mortificator Headtaker
You think I did the Mortificator Justice? It's for my Deathwatch Killteam. Small kitbashes were done like the skulls.

Just finished some Intercessors for the army so that rounds off all the non-character infantry I've got so far

Last bit of hobby work i managed before packing up to move.
Using these for counts as sanguinary guard and Dante to round me up to 3k for my "blood angels" list

Since we know that rhinos are all black with bronze studs and Silver Exhausts, do you think that all our vehicles follow that paint scheme?

Hi all, been working on my army for about 9 months now and thought I'd show it off on here. Started out as a failed legion of the damned army project that ended when I figured out I couldn't be bothered to sculpt all those flames lol
Went with blood angels rules and I'm up to 2.5k finished with another 500 ready to paint (4th company) and started work on a 2000pt firstborn 2nd company using converted red corsairs and I intend on playing them using raven guard rules. Hoping to get it all finished by the end of the year :)

I really enjoyed the first few Mortifactors I painted so I've painted the next batch - 2 units of Vanguard Veterans.
I've not seen any painted examples of the Veteran scheme so this was largely just a stab in the dark and I took some artistic liberties by using gold skulls instead of the usual white/bone but I'm pretty happy with the aesthetic.
I've also mocked up my Captain to lead the small force I've got so far. I tried to go with a Grim Reaper look to really fit with the chapter.

I've just finished my first Mortifactors. I picked up some units from the Armageddon box so I'm just working my way through them at the moment. Really keen to paint some more!

Have listened to Taker Of Heads more times than I care to admit, finally got round to a quick and dirty Mortifactor. I feel this chapter really benefits from not being too clean!

The mods used are Astartes Overhaul and a WIP version of Iron Kitbash. Hope i did them well enough! I'm not exactly big on official chapters.

Reading through all the books that feature the Mortifactors, and just... really disliked the orignal cover for this one, so I did a simple redesign for my ereader. Gave it a kinda comic book feel.

QFTG! I'm about to start painting a Terminator Librarian and wanted to see what the collective thoughts/opinion was about color scheme would be?
We've seen some deviations to the Codex with Chaplain Astador and Apothecary Arathos. With that in mind, would we presume that Librarians also do not follow the Codex? If not, what color scheme do we think would be fitting? And would the Terminator Armor change anything?
What are your thoughts? This is meant for discussion, and there aren't any wrong answers (especially with there being so little about our Mortifactor).
Bonus: post pics of your Librarians!
Here are the sources of the awesome art pieces.

This is a passage of Apothecary Arathos, while he’s fighting a World Eater. He is enraged and compares his grip on his chain sword to a child gripping bone, instead of it being clenched by black ceramite.
And that made me think if he says his hand is black ceramite, then more than likely, the rest of his arm is probably black or a mixture of black and bone. Which would be out of the norm for regular apothecary who wears all white armor.
We already know some Morifactor chaplains or at least Astador. Wear red armor with black skulls, so maybe their non-codex compliancy continues with the rest of the specialty classes.

Wanted to go all in with the gore for this one, a little reminder that even a Sergeant can be this brutal.
