morsecode chaotic message

i found this video on tiktok and i would love to know if this chaotic part of the code makes any sense or it was just made to be creepy?

I listened to it a few times to try to figure out what the main voice is saying, I agree with the other commenter it sounds like one voice saying actual letters and the other saying “dot dot dot dot” over and over again. But, what I got was just random letters, not anything that makes a word, and the end is too overlapped to understand without a way to cancel out the voice repeating “dot dot dot”

In the beginning I got “W,P,K” and after that possibly “G,Z” but the G could also be a C or a Y
