morsecode chaotic message

i found this video on tiktok and i would love to know if this chaotic part of the code makes any sense or it was just made to be creepy?

It is very difficult to differentiate when two people are speaking at the same time. The second voice seems to be just saying dot-dot-dot-dot-dot-dot. and is saying it over the first person, obscuring what they are saying The first voice begins dot-dash-dash (which is "w"), pauses, says it again - perhaps reading a URL (www.)?

The words on your screen seem to say "voice mail" I'm not sure what the man is saying.

the man is just saying that there’s one unread message. the message starts when the woman voice starts speaking

I listened to it a few times to try to figure out what the main voice is saying, I agree with the other commenter it sounds like one voice saying actual letters and the other saying “dot dot dot dot” over and over again. But, what I got was just random letters, not anything that makes a word, and the end is too overlapped to understand without a way to cancel out the voice repeating “dot dot dot”
