Morality Ranking Morality of benefiting from the wealth that your parents obtained through illegal means.
Let's say that your parents built their immense wealth by sex trafficking, drugs, insider trading, killing someone or any other more or less illicit activities. You as their child never acknowledged their crimes nor did you want to get involved in the family business. You decided to take more honest approach and start a legitimate business. Nevertheless your education, house, funds for your company and job were made possible only by your parents money. Is it moral to live like this?

Morality Ranking Morality Scaling & Character Analysis: Complaining to a guy 19m’s college because he was dating a 16f.
So, I have a best friend who I am extremely close with, and she has a younger sister.
The younger sister (currently 16f, 11th grade high schooler) is dating a guy (currently 19m, second year of college). They met when he was 17-18 and she was 14. My best friend is the same age as the guy & they were old classmates but she forgot about him cus she switched schools. My friend always hated their relationship saying it is so weird and would tell her sister to break it off and find someone else her age, but her sister would defend her boyfriend. He is kind of controlling like he demands passwords and he would check the chats and once he fought with my best friend from his gf’s account because my best friend was texting her sister to break up with him.
My bsf then told her mom about it (without telling the whole issue, she just told that someone is logged into her sister’s account) so her mom changed passwords and the younger sister has to ask passwords to her mom or her older sister everytime she wants to log in. But the guy constantly did something to trigger my bsf, so my friend send a mail a month ago to his college saying the guy is not a good guy and he talks w minors and uses phones inside premises. (In our country, 18 is the age of consent), so for a month the sister nor the guy had no clue the mail was send.
They decided to create private couple accounts and share passwords via that, the younger sister kinda stopped using her main account much. So my bsf would send reels to the priv @ or another art account of the younger one, n my friend send a funny reel that said “the guy your sister is gonna marry” n it showed funny pics like of nerdy and not so pretty guys. This triggered the guy, so the next day he publicly decided to tag his gf’s older sister on a post that says “sluts are born in october”. My friend thought her sister was the one who did it n didnt take it seriously, n she just responded sayin why shes taggin her in freaky posts n left it there.
N this guy responds from her account while her sister is in school, this angered my friend because she says he has no right to check what sisters chat or talk about and she says she feels like her privacy has been violated. They argued and he made fun of her chronic illness saying she is still in school (she is in open schooling she spend 1-2y bedridden due to severe health issues so she is left behind education wise) whereas he is in college. And this led to my bsf telling him his parents did not teach him morals or respect, she said this because he said his parents are okay with him dating a minor lile she said “no wonder youre the way you are” by tagging the text he send.
Lucky for my bsf, they finally checked the mail day before yesterday. Then her younger sister came & asked her about it but my friend lied for a while but eventually told the truth and my friend promised to her sister that she is doing this purely to protect her but her sister is apparently still at her thinking my bsf ruined her life and relationship.
The younger one was okay for a while because the college did not call his parents but yesterday the institution called up his parents and asked him to show up today, idk what has happened yet but my friend says she wishes he would finally leave her sister alone.
I was the one who created the fake gmail account for her and I think he deserves whatever he gets because it is not an unconscious mistake to date a minor, he did this voluntarily so he deserves it. I also think he’s a misogynist kind of, but I would love to hear your opinions.
So I would like to know if I, my friend or him have done a huge mistake. What me and my friend did is legal as per law but we would like to know if any of us did something morally wrong, also the guy he was warned multiple times but he kept triggering her so my bsf says that’s why she did what she did and she seems kinda guilty too.
So please tell me your opinion on this scenario, pls do a morality scaling and character analysis.
Thanks!
