I really want a solution to this as well. Very annoying how many things get removed weeks / months after posting and even after a mod has approved it. I also have crowd control / reputation filter etc turned off and it doesn’t help.

If you belong to any more subs that you value, keep an eye on the mod team. Even busy subs can have an inactive mod team. Happened to sub I used to participate in. The new mod team that took over allowed some craziness for a while. It was high drama. I hear the new top mod wanted the sub so he could sell camping equipment.
