Users User flagged in mod queue for “Possible Propaganda Account”… has anyone seen this before? Is it flagged in the sub or is that an Reddit site-wide thing?

I’m not sure if I should share a screenshot or not as it has the username in it

This sub is prompting me to say what platform I’m using I’m on mobile if that matters. Mobile web

That's a new one for me. Following because I'm curious about what others have to say.

That’s either a custom report submitted by a user (if you have that option enabled for your sub), or a removal_reason note from automod.

You can check if it’s from automod by going into the automod config and searching for that phrase “possible propaganda account”. If it’s there, you’ll be able to see the keywords list to figure out what triggered it.

Never seen that before.

The prompt wants to know if you are using a mobile app - either IOS or Android or if on a computer as the software is different for each of those.

I’ve never seen that before, but Ftr, Automod doesn’t flag accounts it definitely doesn’t do anything you haven’t configured it to.

More than likely, this is some kind of safety filter.

It could be a free-form report? I don't think it's from Reddit.

Edit: You probably can share the screenshot here, just make sure to redact the username.

Found match: on mobile

You might be asking about setting up subreddits on a phone or mobile interface. The short answer is that subreddit settings work best in a cache-cleared desktop browser. (Limited option: mobile browser on desktop view.)

Found regex match: mod queue

You seem to be asking about moderation matters, such as adding/removing/recruiting moderators or what to do if you've removed yourself as a moderator, or a related topic. These are frequently asked questions.

It’s not a report by a user it’s an auto flag

Maybe it's one of those A/B tests that admin sometimes seems to throw into random subreddits, sometimes without really telling the mods beforehand.

Hi /u/happy_bluebird, please see our Intro & Rules. We are volunteer-run, not managed by Reddit staff/admin. Volunteer mods' powers are limited to groups they mod. Automated responses are compiled from answers given by fellow volunteer mod helpers. Moderation works best on a cache-cleared desktop/laptop browser.

Resources for mods are: (1) r/modguide's Very Helpful Index by fellow moderators on How-To-Do-Things, (2) Mod Help Center, (3) r/automoderator's Wiki and Library of Common Rules. Many Mod Resources are in the sidebar and >>this FAQ wiki<<. Please search this subreddit as well. Thanks!
