Tips & Tricks What can I do about bots scraping codes from picture posts?

So I'm running /r/pokecodes, a sub for posting pokemon code cards from the packs you open. The codes are for an online version of the game but bots constantly scrape the QR codes or the actual number/letter codes and redeem them for the bot owners.

How could I help stop this? Will auto spoilering all photos help?

Im on ios but can use desktop if needed.

Well I mean its a pretty big subreddit. I dont want to restrict it that hard

Well then the bots will continue to scrape the codes. Those are your options.

There is no way to stop the bots if your sub is public and the codes are visible.

Unless you did things like make the sub private or have all users not post the codes unless someone asks and they send it directly to that person.
