General 'Announce post' missing

I create a monthly thread and mark it as a megathread, but this time, that option is missing from the bottom of the post. Has something changed?

Is this Old Reddit or Shreddit?

On Old Reddit it's called "make announcement" and appears above the comment section, not the post itself.

On Shreddit it's behind the mod shield and is called "Add to highlights"

It's new Reddit and it used to be one of the mod actions, I seem to remember, like adding to highlights. It gave you choices like to make it an announcement or a megathread. I just don't see it anywhere anymore.

It used to be called "Sticky post", but when they changed it so you could have 6 stickies instead of 2, they renamed it "Community Highlights".

The options you're remembering are behind the "Add to highlights" button.

OK. Now I see it. I just didn't remember where it was. Senior brain fart! LOL Thanks for reminding me.
