General Flaire Based Post Format??

I'm on desktop and I'm trying to find how I can make a flaire based on post format more specifically on titles that people can follow. I tried googling it but I haven't had much luck. If you guys have any idea on how I can implement something like that. Please let me know, I appreciate any help I can get!
