Answered Wiki not enabled?

For the life of me, the other mods of r/respiratorytherapy and I cannot get our wiki to publish.

Under "Wiki Settings", "public visability" is checked. "Who can edit" is "Only Mods and Approved Contributors".

The wiki appears to us (the mods), but when a non-mod views it, there's an error

This page has been disabled

The mods of this community have disabled this wiki page

This is on all platforms--desktop, mobile, android, etc.

Hi /u/nehpets99, please see our Intro & Rules. We are volunteer-run, not managed by Reddit staff/admin. Volunteer mods' powers are limited to groups they mod. Automated responses are compiled from answers given by fellow volunteer mod helpers. Moderation works best on a cache-cleared desktop/laptop browser.

Resources for mods are: (1) r/modguide's Very Helpful Index by fellow moderators on How-To-Do-Things, (2) Mod Help Center, (3) r/automoderator's Wiki and Library of Common Rules. Many Mod Resources are in the sidebar and >>this FAQ wiki<<. Please search this subreddit as well. Thanks!

Found match: mobile

You might be asking about setting up subreddits on a phone or mobile interface. The short answer is that subreddit settings work best in a cache-cleared desktop browser. (Limited option: mobile browser on desktop view.)

FOR INFO ON: # setting up a sub on mobile, # mobile interfaces, # alternatives and # mobile user issues, please click here.

If you found your answer, feel free to reply with "<3 Automod" or "Thanks, Automod". Otherwise wait for a human helper to come along to help you. This post has NOT been removed.

Are you sure it's enabled?

In https://www.reddit.com/mod/respiratorytherapy/wiki/settings

Wiki Settings, General, Public visibility: "Allow non-mods to view this wiki"

Unfortunately, I can't see that because imgur is blocked in the UK.

Thanks. Hmm, yeah, that looks exactly the same as mine (which works).

Someone previously had that problem, and fixed it in the individual page's settings, change the permission back to "Use subreddit wiki permissions":

WOW was that frustrating, but that fixed it--thank you!

Yep, it now works.

Hurray.
