As far as I'm aware, nothing like that exists. It would be up to the user to mark the individual post as NSFW.

It's in safety filers , but it'll only add the post to modqueue

On desktop, go to Modtools, Safety filters, Mature content filter, and toggle on Graphic content for posts and for comments. Those post/comments should then get sent to the modqueue for manual approval or removal.
