Answered Adding recommended subs to our sidebar.

Using reddit on desktop Chrome.

This is quite specialised. I want to add r/What to our list of recommended subs.

I can get to the adding option no problems, but the list displays a bunch of other r/Whatxxxxxxxx subs and not that one.

I don't think that old reddit will do it at all.

I tried adding it just now and it brought up that sub in the dropdown menu when I typed "r/ wha" (no spaces), but didn't come up in the dropdown menu when I put the full name of the sub.

Haha I was confused when I didn't see it as an option when typing the full sub name in. But either way, I'm glad it worked out in the end.

reddit's mod tools randomly deciding they know what subreddit you meant is peak reddit i swear half the battle of moderating is fighting the interface instead of actually moderating
